I won’t have time to write tomorrow, we’re going on a trip. But that’s a different story. And I’m referring to my first 6 Days on the body-makeover plan since THIS POST.
So far, so great. I am down 6 pounds so fat. That means I’m back into the 170s – and at 177.6 – lower in them than I’ve seen in almost 2 years. I’ll take it. The eating isn’t hard. Hunger certainly isn’t a topic on this plan, since you eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. And even if I get hungryish, it’s only for a little while before the next ‘feeding’.
I’ll be going on a 3-day trip to San Diego tomorrow. Eric is going on business, and his company has booked him into a fabulous hotel, so I just had to go along. The (diet) plan is to eat accordingly as best as possible, but not worry about it and enjoy my mini-vacation. I’m even going to have some adult beverages to toast the beach (etc., etc.).
And as soon as I get back, I’ll get properly back onto the program – there are still 30 or so lbs to lose. For starters, I’m waiting for the back-rolls to disappear. Aren’t they the grossest??? And to help with that, I’ll now have my breakfast (3 scrambled egg-whites prepared without salt, I use Mrs. Dash, and 1/4 grapefruit) and then Leia and I will go for a walk to help with the fat-melting :-)
